There’s nothing like a long plane ride to make you realize how disorganized you really are, especially for me who always takes more than ten-hour international flights. When I am rummaging around through my bags looking for things, it makes me frustrated. Packing your carry-on with the right gear can make air travel much easier. Besides your Passport and money, here are the “must haves” I always take on my flight.
Travel Bottles Set
Everyone knows that there’s the limitation of the amount of liquid you can bring in the flight, but I am surprised at the number of people that still carry liquids larger than 100 ml, and it happens nearly every time I fly.
The travel bottles set contains three or four bottles perfect for shampoo, conditioner, and cleanser. They are easy to fill and easy to bring with you. You will not have trouble identifying them because of the colors of the bottle. Finally, remember to keep these bottles separate in a plastic zipper bag and you will be good through security.

Slippers or Compression socks
It’s really important to me and not all the planes will have a pair for you; unless you have enough money for first class. I still remember my first flight from China to America. We didn’t bring slippers, and all of us wore sneakers which troubled me to move my feet in such the limited legroom since it’s not comfortable to wear and take off your sneakers again and again in that small area. The floor of airplanes is cold, and my feet are uncomfortable in my shoes. That flight was indeed a downright miserable experience. Besides, you can try compression socks instead, which can help with circulation and leg exhaustion. Also, the merino wool keeps odor away and will make you feel comfortable on a flight. With them you can move around the cabin frequently, preventing from experiencing dangerous blood clots.

Eye mask & Earplugs
Those are the things that will ensure you to have a good rest on the plane.
Bring an eye mask so you can sleep when you want, not whenever the cabin crew deems it “lights out” time. Also, you will be fine if your seatmate switches on the reading light.
You will be grateful to have earplugs on a plane with crying babies, loud talkers and the roar of jet engines. Also, a study shows earplugs not only eliminate noise but also reduce ear pain from changes in altitude [1]. Noise canceling headphones will also work well in the case like this.
